The recommended daily portion required to achieve beneficial effects: adults – 6 squeezes of the pump once a day, in the evening, during a meal, which equals: 2.8 mg lemon balm leaf extract, 1.7 mg bitter orange peel, 0.17 mg hops cone extract, 0.55 g fibre hemp seed oil (including 0.11 g omega-3 acids; 0.30 g omega-6 acids and 0.07 g omega-9 acids).
