A bottle of 30 ml lasts for about 20 days of everyday supplementation.

The recommended daily portion required to achieve beneficial effects: adults – 8 squeezes of the pump twice a day, during a meal, which equals: 7.4 mg camomile flower extract, 1.5 mg mint leaf extract, 1.5 mg holy basil leaf oil and 1.5 g fibre hemp seed oil, including 0.28 g omega-3 acids, including 0.27 g alpha-lipoic acid (ALA).

Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to keep a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any ingredient. Do not use in pregnant women or nursing mothers. Do not use for longer than 14 days.
