A bottle of 30 ml lasts for about 100 days of everyday supplementation.

The recommended daily portion required to achieve beneficial effects: adults – 3 squeezes of the pump once a day, preferably during a meal, which equals: 12 mg vitamin E (100% NRV*), 800 μg vitamin A (100% NRV*), 75 μg vitamin K (100% NRV*), 50 μg vitamin D (2000 IU – 1000% NRV*) and 0.24 g fibre hemp seed oil, including 46 mg omega-3 acids.

Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any ingredient. Pregnant and nursing women should consult a physician before use. Do not use with other products containing a high dose of vitamin D. People who have problems with their kidneys, a high calcium level or kidney stone disease should consult a physician before using a food supplement containing vitamin D. The product should not be used by people who take anticoagulant drugs containing antagonists to vitamin K (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol).
