A bottle of 30 ml lasts for about 100 days of everyday supplementation.

The recommended daily portion required to achieve beneficial effects: adults – 3 squeezes of the pump once a day, preferably during a meal, which equals: 75 μg vitamin K₂ (100% NRV*) and 0.26 g fibre hemp seed oil (including 50 mg omega-3 acids; 140 mg omega-6 acids and 34 mg omega-9 acids).
